Vintage Fante's Grandma Nadia's Pasta Drying Rack large noodle drying stand natural beech wood holder collapsible easy to store
Fante's of Philadelphia has been in business since 1906. This pasta drying rack is no longer offered by the company, only smaller versions. This rack holds 12 linear feet of pasta for drying, perfect for large families or holidays. Removable dowels make it easy to move noodles from workstation to drying rack and from drying rack to cooking pot. There is enough room to space pasta so it doesn't stick. Perfect for drying all long noodles like spaghetti, linguine, fettuccine, lasagna, even lo mein. It is easy to assemble and cleans with a dry cloth or brush. This hard to find drying rack is in excellent condition in original box. It comes with ten dowels and a collapsible drying rack that goes up in less than a minute. Easy to store, as it collapses to 2 inches tall.
